Once an order is placed, please allow 14–17 working days for delivery. As many of our pieces are made-to-order, this timeline ensures the highest quality and attention to detail in every garment.

Returns & Exchanges
Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds, as most of our apparel is handcrafted and made to order based on individual customer requirements.

However, in the rare event that the product is damaged or there is a mistake on our part, we are happy to offer an exchange or issue a credit note, valid for future purchases. Kindly ensure the issue is reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos for our team to review.
